The staff offered great service. It. The hotel is clean, which I appreciated. The breakfast offers variety and is tasty.
The bathroom was a little cramped. There was no support to rest two suitcases in the room.

i have stayed here and consistently experienced high standards. the shuttle service was efficient (easy to use). i found the parking secure when i accidentally left a car window open. the christmas decorations were excellent, especially the tree.
The plug points in the rooms need updating. I thought they looked quite old-fashioned.

the concierge arranged transport efficiently. zipho provided expert help with transport to sports events (newlands cricket ground). the security team facilitated an encounter with springbok rugby players, which i really appreciated.

the hotel has close proximity to the ct icc. the free shuttle service provided convenient access to the waterfront. i could easily walk to the waterfront in about ten minutes.

i find the staff so friendly and helpful. the front desk staff were really cute. breakfast was superb with many choices and i love the baby grand piano being played each morning when i ate.
i experienced queues sometimes. maybe too many people are in the hotel.

the hotel is beautiful with excellent, clean rooms. comfortable beds are available for the guests. a shuttle service takes you to and from the v & a waterfront every hour for your convenience.

the breakfast has a vast variety on offer. i got served an amazing lunch at the bar. i find prices very reasonable in the restaurant and for the minibar. the food quality is awesome.

The staff were friendly.
The airport shuttle was not what I expected. I paid the full rate but got a standard car. It seemed like a rip off. I also found the cleaning could be better as there was dust.
